We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced Transition Project Manager for a high-impact 12-month assignment. This role will support transformational M&A and operational movement projects, with a focus on transitioning business operations and HR Shared Services to low-cost delivery locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transition and transformation projects, specifically around M&A integration and the movement of operations to low-cost countries
- Design, build, and implement HR Shared Services in new geographies
- Assess current operational models and define the most effective future-state set-up
- Develop transition strategies, manage execution plans, and ensure seamless operational handovers
- Drive outsourcing initiatives where appropriate, ensuring cost efficiency and performance integrity
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights and updates with clarity and confidence
- Navigate ambiguity to create structure, drive outcomes rapidly, and keep momentum across complex programmes
- Manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record managing complex transition and transformation programmes, ideally within M&A contexts
- Strong background in HR Shared Services design, set-up, and implementation
- Experience with outsourcing to low-cost countries (desirable)
- Extensive project management experience in global, fast-paced environments
- Executive presence and credibility at C-suite level
- Able to deliver with speed to outcome, operate with&nb
