Contract Job Opportunity – PowerShell Developer (Ticketing Automation)

Remote (UK-Based) | ⏳ 6 Months | Outside IR35

An IT MSP are on the lookout for an experienced PowerShell Developer to join them on a 6-month remote contract to support an exciting ticketing automation project. This role is Outside IR35 and offers the opportunity to work with a small, agile team modernising IT operations.

 PowerShell Developer Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts to automate and streamline ticketing workflows.

• Integrate various platforms and services, including PRTG, Halo, and Datto.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implement automation processes across the service desk.

• Create documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve scripting issues to ensure seamless integration and automation.
