Overview

We are looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to provide out-of-hours support across a large-scale enterprise network estate, with a strong focus on Cisco SD-WAN and Software-Defined Access (SDA) environments.

This is a hands-on troubleshooting role suited to someone experienced in supporting complex Cisco-based infrastructures during critical overnight periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide night shift network support across SD-WAN, SDA, LAN, and WAN environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and Cisco SDA (DNA Center) deployments
