Electronics Test Technician – Contract (Outside IR35) | High Pay | Robotics Sector

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled Electronics Test Technician to support hardware testing, fault finding, and assembly on a high-value contract. You’ll be working with a collaborative engineering team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Onsite in Southampton

Contract Length: 3-6 months initially

Status: Outside IR35

Working Pattern: 5 days/week (with the option of a 4-day week + Friday from home)

➕ Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware testing and fault finding (including high pin-count boards)
• Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and DVMs
• Support soldering (down to 0603 components), cabling, and assembly
• Assist with wiring, harnesses, and looms
