Join a leading global entertainment business as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, innovative company at the forefront of the entertainment industry. You’ll be part of a dynamic team based in London, with a flexible hybrid working model – 1-2 days onsite, the rest remote.

Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Job Role:

• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, and the Power Platform to support global operations
• Work extensively with Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps to drive CRM functionality across multiple regions
• Perform system administration and provide ongoing platform support in a complex, enterprise environment
• Build and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and PowerShell to meet business needs
• Write and optimize SQL queries to manage CRM data effectively
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer service teams worldwide to enhance CRM capabilities and boost productivity
• Create clear, detailed documentation including workflows, integration specifics, and user guides to support global users

Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Job Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in a large-scale, global environment
• Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Visual Studio, and Plugin Registration Tool
• Excellent understanding of CRM functionalities, with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
