Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer<\/strong> to provide out-of-hours support across a large-scale enterprise network estate, with a strong focus on Cisco SD-WAN and Software-Defined Access (SDA)<\/strong> environments.<\/p>\n

This is a hands-on troubleshooting role suited to someone experienced in supporting complex Cisco-based infrastructures during critical overnight periods.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Provide night shift network support<\/strong> across SD-WAN, SDA, LAN, and WAN environments<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela)<\/strong> and Cisco SDA (DNA Center)<\/strong> deployments<\/li>\n
  • Investigate and resolve connectivity, routing, and performance issues<\/strong><\/li>\n
