Rebel is an interactive email services start-up. Their interactive email product will join Salesforce\u2019s Marketing Cloud operation which will integrate Rebel\u2019s API. Rebel turns emails into an extension of a company\u2019s web app. This enables companies to collect more data and offer additional services. Salesforce has announced a new AI-driven voice bot called Einstein Voice.<\/em><\/p>\n

Einstein Voice promises to usher in a new era of conversational CRM. The first product, called Einstein Voice Assistant, enables conversational updates to Salesforce. As you verbally dictate a memo, Einstein Voice transcribes it and shares it with natural language programming to determine what types of update you need. Einstein can create tasks and understand terms like \u201cnext month\u201d. In the future, any user will be able to talk to Salesforce.<\/p>\n

Salesforce and Apple team up to bring CRM to iOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salesforce and Apple have partnered to bring exclusive CRM features to iOS.<\/em><\/p>\n
