In my experience, authentic leaders are self-aware, value-driven, transparent and show vulnerability.<\/p>\n

It remains a skill I\u2019m continuously developing through conversations with coaches, my team, listening to podcasts, reading books, and reflecting on my own personal experiences.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve had the opportunity to learn from many inspirational CEOs on the podcast, and one of the biggest takeaways is that each leader will have a slightly different version of \u2018authenticity\u2019 depending on the organisation they are running. My top picks this week are from\u00a0Miles Hunt<\/a>, former CEO of Empresaria Group,\u00a0Carolyn Starrett<\/a>, CEO at\u00a0Flatiron Health<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Matthew Wool<\/a>, CEO at\u00a0Acceleration Partners<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Talk to mentors, your network, and utilize external sources such as books and podcasts \u2013 soak up the knowledge around you and navigate the bear traps of leadership.<\/p>\n

Cultivating Clarity<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 What is the best way to pursue your vision? How do you prioritise?<\/p>\n

Partners will want to work with brands that have an authentic message, value, proposition and purpose.<\/p>\n
